A Galician favorite, and my family’s preferred dish, is back! Razor clams sauteed in olive oil, white wine and diced garlic.  If you’ve never tried them, it’s a must! 

 

Gambas Rebozadas $19

Inspired by the owner's childhood memories of tapas bars in Spain- her favorite.  Golden crispy shrimp, doubly seasoned and breaded to perfection, served with house aioli, tangy brava sauce and fresh lemon.

 

Carpaccio de Salmon con crujiente de Jamón Serrano $21

A guest favorite has returned! Delicate, thinly sliced salmon drizzled with fresh lemon and olive oil, topped with crispy Serrano ham and capers for the perfect balance of bright, savory flavor.

Deliciously seared and poached whole baby squid simmered in its rich traditional ink sauce, served with rice — a true taste of Spain in every bite!
